Please read before ordering

Finny Migs' aim is to inspire others to create beautiful and functional LEGO® creations.

General

Due to ongoing issues, we have permanently removed the international economy shipping method
The Domestic Priority letter shipping method is disabled until futher notice
There may be delays in orders being delivered due to the current workload of Australia Post
Do not lodge a Non-Shipping Seller without talking to us first, we aim to resolve any issues with your order ASAP
To ensure timely processing of orders, multiple lots of the same condition (i.e: new or used) may be packed into a single bag
- Minifigs will always be bagged individually.
- We will endeavour to make it as easy as possible to sort pieces by not combining similar pieces where possible
Most orders will be processed within 5 business days of payment (often sooner)
- Larger orders may take longer
To add to an order you've placed using instant checkout:
- Create a new order and choose Other as the shipping method
- Leave a comment saying you'd like to combine shipping
- We will include the postage price difference (if any) on the invoice
- Additions under $10 will incur a $0.30 surcharge to cover payment processing fees
Most of our items are new, however we may occasionally sell used parts in very good condition
New items come direct from Lego or new sets and have had minimal handling
Although parts are new, there may be small signs of wear and tear or smudging due to part handling/sorting/storage
New Minifigs come unassembled, unless otherwise specified
Minifig accessories not included, unless otherwise specified or included in corresponding Bricklink minifig inventory
All items are handled in a tobacco smoke free environment
If you are unsure of how much your order total will be, please ask for a quote
While all care is taken when counting stock, some inventory errors may occur. If items you order are out of stock, you will be compensated to the value of the missing items by your choice of either store credit, refund or alternative items.
If you have a coupon that has expired and wish to use it, please let us know and we'll extend it (we don't believe in putting a time limit on store credit)
If you have any issues with your order whatsoever, please let us know before leaving feedback, and we will do whatever we can to make it right

Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars
$0.50 minimum average lot value
Orders are usually invoiced within 1 business day (if not using Instant Checkout)
Unless previously arranged, payment is required within 3 days of invoice otherwise your order may be cancelled, we may file a non-paying buyer notice and you will be blacklisted from our store
If you are unable to pay an invoice within 3 days, please let us know and we'll see what we can do for you
We accept PayPal and Stripe (and cash if you are picking up your order)
Orders are usually sent within 3 business days of payment clearing, however large orders over 50 lots may take longer
